How do I download my invoices?

Invoices are sent automatically when payment is completed. If you need to retrieve one or cannot find it, follow these steps.

How to get an invoice

  1. Check your email: Search the inbox of the email you used to make the purchase. The invoice will be attached to the payment confirmation email.

  2. Check your spam folder: If you can't find it, the message may have been filtered to spam or junk mail.

If you still can't find your invoice

Contact our team through the support form

  1. Log in to your Founderz account, go to your user profile menu (profile photo), and select Contact support.

  2. Choose the Billing, payments, and licenses category and provide the details of your inquiry. Specify which invoice you need and the approximate date of the purchase or payment.
