I can't find what my fellow is referring to — what do I do?
If your Fellow's instructions are not clear or you cannot find an element on the platform, you can provide more context so the help is more precise and useful:
- Request a more detailed step-by-step guide, indicating which screen you are starting from and what you are trying to achieve. Your Fellow can break the action down into clearer, easier-to-follow steps.
- Explain what you see on your screen, including error messages, different menus, or elements that do not appear, so your Fellow can identify whether there is a display issue, browser issue, or permissions problem.
- If needed, attach screenshots to show exactly where you are. This can help your Fellow better understand the context and guide you more effectively.
- If necessary, you can also share your screen during a video call to receive real-time help with tasks on your computer.
- Check whether the problem repeats when using a different browser or refreshing the page, and let your Fellow know to help narrow down the source of the issue.
- If the problem persists or appears to be a technical issue preventing normal use of the platform, contact support from your Founderz account providing as much information as possible — screenshots, description of the steps taken, and error messages — so the team can review it and provide a solution.
