How do I recover my chat with my fellow?

Your entire conversation history with the Fellow is saved and available for you to consult whenever you need it. This lets you retrieve previous explanations, review important clarifications, re-read step-by-step guides, or pick up a conversation thread without starting from scratch each time.

Steps:

  1. Enter your course on the platform, using the same account you normally use to study.

  2. Access the messages section of the course, where your conversations related to that program are grouped.

  3. Locate your conversation with the Fellow in the message list and click to open it. You can scroll through the history, search for previous messages, and if needed, continue the conversation from that same thread.

If something goes wrong:

  • If you cannot see the messages, make sure you are logged in with the same email you used when you first contacted your Fellow. If you have multiple accounts, try logging out and logging back in with the correct address.

  • Also check that you are inside the correct course, since conversations are linked to each program.

  • If the history still does not appear or you notice messages are missing, contact support from your Founderz account, indicating the course, your Fellow's name, and the approximate date of the last conversations so the team can review it and help you recover them.
