Why don't I see the 'my licenses' section?

If you cannot see the "My licenses" section in your dashboard: 

  1. Make sure you are logged in with the email address you used to make the purchase.
  2. Log out and log back into the platform.
  3. Refresh the page.

If something goes wrong:

• It is possible that you do not have any active license at the moment.

• Or that it may be a temporary error in your profile.

• Contact support from your Founderz account so they can verify your access.
