I have two accounts — How can I merge them?
If you have registered with two different email addresses, we can unify your progress and access into a single account so you do not lose any of your training.
Before starting:
• Have the two email addresses of your accounts ready.
• Decide which one you want to use as your main account.
Steps to request the unification:
- Send a request through the Contact support form inside your Founderz account.
- Indicate the two email addresses you want to unify.
- Confirm which of the two email addresses should be the main one.
- Wait for our confirmation. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a notification in your inbox.
If something goes wrong:
• Once unified, always access with the main email address. The other one will stop working.
• If you do not remember which email address you used to create the second account, write to us anyway and we will help you locate it.
