My login credentials don't work — What do I do?

At Founderz, you do not need a password. Access is granted through a link that you receive by email.

If you cannot access:

1. Go to learn.founderz.com.
2. Enter the email address you used to register.
3. Click on “Send access link”.
4. Check your inbox and click on the link in the email.

If something goes wrong:

• Make sure you are using exactly the email address you used to purchase.

• Check your spam or junk folder.

• If you use Gmail, also check Promotions and Social.

• For security reasons, each link has limited validity. If too much time has passed, go back to step 1 and request a new one.

• If you are accessing from a company email, try using a personal email address.
