How and when do I get my course completion certificate?

To obtain your official program certificate, you must meet these two essential requirements:

1. Having watched 100% of the classes, including all mandatory lessons and content.

2. Having submitted 100% of the required activities, making sure all of them are correctly submitted through the platform.

Once you complete the program and both conditions are met:

• The certificate will be automatically generated in your profile, without you having to request it manually.

• You will see the option to download it directly from the platform, in the section corresponding to your certificates or course progress.

If something goes wrong or you notice any issue:

• If you have completed the entire course and don't see the download option, first check that all activities appear as submitted and that the content progress shows 100%.

• If you still don't have access to the certificate, contact support from your Founderz account so our team can review your case and help you resolve it as soon as possible.
