Why don't my activities show up in my profile?

If you have completed an activity and it does not appear as completed in your profile, it is usually because:

The closing click is missing: The platform only records the activity when the final confirmation button is clicked.

• The platform is still synchronizing your progress. This may take a few minutes.

Cached data: Your browser is showing an old version of your profile instead of the updated one.

• You are using a different account without realizing it.

What to do:

  1. Log out.
  2. Log back into the platform.
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. Check that you are using the correct email address.
