I can't log In to my account

If you are unable to log in for any reason (you forgot your password, you're not receiving the code, your account is locked, or your email no longer exists), this article explains exactly what to do to recover access.

Do not try to create a new account. That will only complicate the verification process and may delay recovery.

 

Why can't I log in?

The most common causes are:

  • You changed your email and no longer have access to the previous one

  • You forgot your password and the recovery email isn't arriving
