The access link doesn't work — What do I do?

The access link you receive by email has limited validity and only works once.

If you cannot access:

  1. Use the most recent email: If you have requested access several times, only the latest link received is valid.
  2. Click on the link from the same device and browser you used to request it.
  3. If the link does not work, go to learn.founderz.com.
  4. Enter your purchase email address.
  5. Click on “Send access link”.
  6. Open the new email in less than 15 minutes.

If something goes wrong:

• If you use Safari and the link does not open, copy the link and paste it into the browser’s address bar.

• If you see the message “invalid link” or “expired session”, go back to step 3 and request a new link.

• Make sure you are using exactly the same email address you used to purchase.
